Order Processing and Shipping Times

When will my order ship?
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

How long is shipping?
Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, delays outside our control can occur, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Any delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.


Order Modifications

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. Just email us with the subject line "CANCEL." If your item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information as soon as possible. We can update the address within 24 hours of the order being placed.


Damaged Items

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take extra care when packaging your items, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.
